We started because event planners needed a better way to show what they actually do — not just lists of services, but real proof of their creativity and execution.
How did this begin?
Back in 2018, we noticed event professionals struggling with the same problem. They had stunning photos from weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations — but no good way to organize them into a portfolio that actually convinced new clients to book.
Most planners were stuck with generic website templates or expensive custom builds that took months. We thought there had to be something in between — a system that gave you structure without limiting your creative expression.
So we built a platform focused entirely on event planner portfolios. Not a catch-all website builder, not a social media feed — just a tool designed for showcasing the work you've done and the events you've brought to life.
People behind Sadrvox
We're a small group of designers, developers, and former event coordinators. Everyone here has either planned events themselves or worked directly with planners — which means we understand the gap between a beautiful event and a portfolio that communicates why it was beautiful.
Our team works remotely across Ukraine and beyond. We meet weekly to review new portfolio submissions, test layout changes, and discuss what's working for our users in real client pitches.
